Bin fire affecting house - Eaton Socon - Huntingdonshire

Crews from Huntingdon and St Neots were called to Squires Court to tackle a fire in a bin that was by the front door of a house causing smoke to fill in the house. Firefighters used a hose reel to put the fire out and then used a Positive Pressure Ventilation (PPV) fan to clear the smoke from the house. The PPV is a large fan that can clear smoke in seconds.

The cause of the fire was accidental and crews left the scene just after 4pm.
