House fire – Little Downham - East Cambs

At 10.23pm on Saturday (25) crews from Littleport, Chatteris and Cambridge were called to a fire on Second Drove in Little Downham. 

Firefighters arrived to find a fire in the first floor bedroom of a detached house. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using hose reels and a jet and returned to their stations by 1.30am. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
