House fire - Sawston - South Cambs

On Thursday (14) at 3.18pm, crews from Cottenham and Cambridge were called to a house fire on Roes Close, Sawston.

Crews arrived to find a fire in the roof space of the property. Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish the fire. The cause of the fire was accidental.

Crews returned to their stations by 5.10pm.
