Building fire - Cottenham - South Cambs

On Saturday (16) at 2.43pm crews from Cambridge and Huntingdon were called to a building fire on High Street, Cottenham.

Crews arrived to find an outdoor wooden structure on fire outside a pub.

A garage and two neighbouring houses had heat and flame damage too, to fascias and a roof. Firefighters used two hose reels to put out the fire and left at around 3.30pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental (electrical).
