House fire - Eastgate - Peterborough

On Tuesday (31) at 10.11am, one crew from Dogsthorpe and one crew from Stanground were called to a house fire on Cavendish Street, Eastgate.

Crews arrived to find a fire in a first-floor flat. The fire was extinguished, and the property was ventilated before crews left the scene.

All people were accounted for. One casualty was assessed by the ambulance service.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
