Lorry fire – Coldham - Fenland

At 3.31pm on Friday (24) crews were called to a fire on Coldham Bank in Coldham. 

Crews from March, Wisbech, Whittlesey and Chatteris, along with the water carrier from Ramsey, attended the incident.  

Firefighters arrived to find a well-developed fire involving around five lorry trailers. They extinguished the fire with jets and returned to their stations by 6.15pm.  

The cause of the fire was accidental.
