Fire in the open – Stuntney - East Cambs

At 2.04pm on Monday (27) a crew from Ely was called to a fire on Quanea Drove in Stuntney. 

Firefighters arrived to find a fire involving an embankment containing peat and extinguished it using a hose reel. They returned to their station by 5.30pm. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
