Fire in the open - Isleham - East Cambs

On Sunday (3) at 11.09pm, a crew from Soham and a crew from Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service responded to a fire in the open on Common Gate Drove, Isleham.

Crews arrived to find a muck heap on fire. Firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish the fire, before returning to their stations. The area was reinspected the following morning.

The cause of the fire is believed to be deliberate.
