Car fire - Sawtry - Huntingdonshire

On Monday (4) at 1.22am, crews from Stanground, Huntingdon and Yaxley were called to a car fire on the A1 near Sawtry.

Firefighters arrived to find a car well alight. Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish the fire, before returning to their stations by 2.45am. The cause of the fire was accidental.
