Fire in the open – Fengate - Peterborough

At 1.32pm on Monday (25) crews from Dogsthorpe and Stanground were called to a fire on Edgerley Drain Road in Fengate, Peterborough. 

Firefighters arrived to find a well-developed fire in the open involving grassland and extinguished it using a hose reel. They returned to their stations by 3.30pm. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
