Fire in the open – Conington - Huntingdonshire

At 11.56am on Tuesday (26) a crew from Stanground was called to a fire on Church Lane in Conington. 

Firefighters arrived to find a fire in the open involving peat and extinguished it. They returned to their station by 2.50pm. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
