Fire in the open – Flint Cross - South Cambs

At 9.36am on Tuesday (26) a crew from Sawston was called to a fire on the A505 near Flint Cross. 

Firefighters arrived to find an unattended bonfire close to crops. They extinguished the fire using a hose reel and returned to their station by 10.50am. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
