Fire in the open - Melbourn - South Cambs

On Wednesday (3) at 8.40pm, one crew from Sawston and one crew from Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service were called to a fire in the open on New Road, Melbourn.

Firefighters located multiple areas of fire in woodland. Firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish the fires, before returning to their stations by 9.15pm.
