Fire in the open – Ramsey Heights - Huntingdonshire

At 12.53pm on Monday (8) a crew from Huntingdon, along with the north roaming fire engine and the water carrier from Ramsey, were called to a fire on Harpers Drove in Ramsey Heights.  

Firefighters arrived to find a fire in the open involving trees and grassland and extinguished it using a hose reel. They returned to their stations by 3.45pm. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
