Car fire – Thorney - Peterborough

At 7.17pm on Friday (19) a crew from Whittlesey was called to a fire on Whittlesey Road in Thorney. 

Firefighters arrived to find a car well alight. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using a hose reel and returned to their station by 8.50pm. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
