Fire in the open – Chatteris - Fenland

At 6.23pm on Thursday (25) a crew from Chatteris was called to a fire on Campole Drove in Chatteris. 

Firefighters arrived to find a large, unattended bonfire and extinguished it using hose reels. They returned to their station by 8.20pm. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
