House fire – Cherry Hinton - Cambridge

At 7.57am on Monday (12) crews from Cambridge were called to a fire on Malvern Road in Cherry Hinton, Cambridge.

Firefighters arrived to find a fire in a cupboard of a house. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using a hose reel. The property was evacuated when the crews arrived.

The crews returned to their station by 9.35am.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
