House fire - Chesterton - Cambridge

On Wednesday (11) at 5.39pm, two crews and the multistar from Cambridge, and the south roaming fire engine were called to a house fire on Kimberley Road, Cambridge.

Crews arrived to find a garage well alight.

Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used a hose reel and jet to extinguish the fire.

The cause of the fire was accidental.

Crews returned to their stations by 7.20pm.
