House fire – Kings Hedges - Cambridge

At 4.41pm on Monday (4) crews from Cambridge were called to a fire on Moore Close in Kings Hedges, Cambridge. 

Firefighters arrived to find a fire in the kitchen of a house. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using a hose reel and cleared the smoke using a positive pressure ventilation fan.  

The crews returned to their station by 6.20pm. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
