Fire in the open - Chesterton - Cambridge

On Sunday (1) at 4.51pm, the south roaming fire engine was called to a fire in the open on Bramblefields Nature Reserve, Chesterton. Firefighters used small gear to extinguish the fire, before returning to their station by 5.26pm.

The cause of the fire was believed to be deliberate.
