House fire – Eaton Socon - Huntingdonshire

At 8.53pm on Thursday (22) crews from St Neots were called to a fire on Knights Close in Eaton Socon.

Firefighters arrived to find a fire in a house involving a tumble dryer. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using a hose reel and cleared the smoke using a positive pressure ventilation fan.

The crews returned to their station by 10.10pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
