Car fire – A1 - Huntingdonshire

At 5.25pm on Sunday (November 1) crews from St Neots and Huntingdon were called to a fire on the A1.

Firefighters arrived to find a car well alight on the southbound carriageway between Buckden and Little Paxton. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using hose reels and returned to their stations by 6.55pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
