As a Fire Authority we are funded to provide statutory functions defined under the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004, which sets out our legal responsibilities. 

As a service to our community we can provide discretionary assistance in non-statutory situations, if requested, which are subject to charges as set out in the schedule below.
