House fire - Hauxton - South Cambs

At 12.48pm on Monday (25) crews from Cambridge were called to a house fire on Arnold Close in Hauxton.

Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used hose reels and an extinguisher to extinguish a kitchen fire and cleared the smoke using a positive pressure ventilation fan.

The crews returned to their station by 1.55pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
