Car fire – Caxton - South Cambs

At 12.36am on Saturday (12) crews from Papworth, Gamlingay, Huntingdon and St Neots were called to a fire on Brockholt Road in Caxton. 

Firefighters arrived to find a fire involving a car that had spread to a house, with a further fire in a shed at the rear of the house. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using hose reels and a jet.  

The crews returned to their stations by 3am.
