Fire in the open – Waterbeach - South Cambs

At 12.55pm on Sunday (8) crews from Cambridge were called to a fire on Ely Road in Waterbeach.  

Firefighters arrived to find a well-developed fire involving a tree and extinguished it using a hose reel. They returned to their station by 3.15pm. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
