Horse rescue - Trumpington - Cambridge

At 12.29pm on Thursday (23) crews from Cambridge and the south roaming fire engine were called to an incident at Grantchester Road in Trumpington.

Firefighters arrived to find a small horse trapped in a water filled ditch. Working with a vet they safely sedated the horse and released it.

They returned to their station by 2.10pm.
