Fire in the open – Eastfield - Peterborough

At 8.30pm on Wednesday (27) a crew from Dogsthorpe was called to a fire on Broad Close in Eastfield, Peterborough. 

Firefighters arrived to find a bonfire out of control spreading to fencing and hedges, along with four properties. They extinguished the fire using a hose reel and returned to their station by 9.40pm. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
