House fire - Whittlesey - Fenland

On Monday (26) at 1.28pm, a crew from Stanground was called to a house fire on Hawthorne Drive, Whittlesey.

Crews arrived to find a fire in the kitchen had spread to a fence and a tree.

Firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish the fire before returning to their station by 2.30pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
