House fire - Kimbolton - Huntingdonshire

On Thursday (15) at 12.07am, crews from St Neots and Huntingdon were called to a house fire on Newtown Lane, Kimbolton.

Crews arrived to find a fire in the kitchen of a property. Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used hose reels to extinguish the fire.

One person was treated for smoke inhalation. Sadly three cats were found deceased.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
