Boat fire - March - Fenland

At 8.20pm on Monday 24 July crews from March were called to a boat fire near Isle of Ely Way in March.

Firefighters arrived to find a narrowboat on fire. Wearing breathing apparatus firefighters extinguished the fire using hose reels before returning to their station by 9.49pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
