Car fire - A1 - Peterborough

At 8.46am on Friday (17) crews from Stanground and Dogsthorpe were called to a fire on the A1 near Stibbington. 

Firefighters arrived to find a car well alight. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using hose reels and returned to their stations by 10am.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
