House fire - Sawtry - Huntingdonshire

At 8.56am on Tuesday 19 September crews from Huntingdon and Yaxley were called to a house fire on Beaumaris Road in Sawtry.

Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire and cleared the smoke using a positive pressure ventilation fan.

Crews returned to their stations by 10.40am.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
