Flat fire - Romsey Ward - Cambridge

At 1.31pm on Wednesday (6) crews from Cambridge were called to a flat fire on Budleigh Close in Cambridge.

Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish a fire in a first floor flat and cleared the smoke using a positive pressure ventilation fan.

The crews returned to their station by 2.55pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
