House fire - Dogsthorpe - Peterborough

At 9.10am on Saturday (30) crews from Dogsthorpe and Stanground were called to a house fire on Cerris Road in Dogsthorpe.

Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish a kitchen fire and cleared the smoke using a positive pressure ventilation fan.

Crews returned to their stations by 10.30am.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
