Fire in the open - Soham - East Cambs

At 9.06am on Monday (15) a crew from Ely was called to a fire in the open on Great Fen Road in Soham.

Firefighters arrived to discover approximately 10 metres of hedge well alight. The crew used hose reels to extinguish the fire and returned to their station by 10.10am.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
