Fire in the open - Waterbeach - South Cambs

At 5.27pm on Saturday (11) crews from Cambridge and Cottenham were called to a fire in the open on Ely Road in Waterbeach.

Firefighters arrived to find a fire involving refuse at a waste management site. The crews used hose reels to extinguish the fire and returned to their stations by 7.40pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
