Fire in the open - Wisbech - Fenland

At 6.22am on Monday (13) a crew from Wisbech was called to a fire in the open on Victoria Road in Wisbech.

Firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish a fence fire which had spread to a hedge and returned to their station by 7.05am.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
