Flat fire - Trumpington - Cambridge

At 1.56pm on Sunday (2) two crews from Cambridge were called to a flat fire on Anstey Way in Trumpington, Cambridge.

Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish a fire in the kitchen and cleared the smoke using a positive pressure ventilation fan.

The crews returned to their station by 2.55pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
