Fire in the open - Chatteris - Fenland

At 4.42pm on Saturday (17) a crew from Huntingdon was called to a fire in the open on Campole Drove in Chatteris.

Firefighters arrived to find an unattended bonfire well alight. The crew used a hose reel to extinguish the fire and returned to their station by 5.30pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
