Barn fire - Farcet - Huntingdonshire

At 10.12pm on Sunday (15) crews from Stanground, Yaxley, Dogsthorpe, Chatteris and Cottenham along with the north roaming fire engine and water carrier were called to a barn fire on Straight Drove in Farcet.

Firefighters arrived to find approximately 30 tonnes of hay alight in a barn. Crews used hose reels to extinguish the fire and returned to their stations by 3am.
