House fire - Barrington - South Cambs

At 8.37pm on Tuesday (1) two crews from Cambridge were called to a house fire on Shepreth Road in Barrington.

Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used hose reels to extinguish the fire and cleared the smoke using a positive pressure ventilation fan.

Crews returned to their station at around 10.10pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
