Building fire – Huntingdon - Huntingdonshire

At 11.48am on Monday (18) crews from Huntingdon and St Neots, along with the north roaming fire engine, were called to a fire on Ermine Street in Huntingdon.

Firefighters arrived to find a fire in a building. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using hose reels and a jet and cleared the smoke using a positive pressure ventilation fan.

The crews returned to their stations by 1.30pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
