Vehicle fire - Chatteris - Fenland

At 3.01pm on Wednesday (2) a crew from Chatteris was called to a vehicle fire on New Road in Chatteris.

Wearing breathing apparatus firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish the fire and were at the scene until around 3.50pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
