Fire in the open – Gorefield - Fenland

At 12.37pm on Sunday (17) crews from Wisbech and Thorney, along with crews from Long Sutton in Lincolnshire, were called to a fire on High Side in Gorefield. 

Firefighters arrived to find a fire in the open involving around 50 square metres of stubble. They returned to their stations by 2.30pm. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
