Car fire - Burwell - East Cambs

At 8.43am on Saturday (6) a crew from Burwell, along with crews from Newmarket in Suffolk, were called to a fire on Ness Road in Burwell.

Firefighters arrived to find a fire involving two cars following a collision. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using a hose reel and returned to their stations by 10.30am.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
