Car fire - Fenstanton - Huntingdonshire

On Monday (8) at 11.22am, a crew from Huntingdon and a crew from Cambridge were called to a car fire on the A1307 near Fenstanton.  

Crews arrived to find a car well alight and spreading to the grass verge and nearby stubble.

Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used hose reels to extinguish the fire.

The cause of the fire was accidental.

Crews returned to their station by 1pm.
