House fire – Soham - East Cambs

At just after 5pm on Saturday (1) crews from Soham, Ely and Littleport, along with crews from Newmarket in Suffolk, were called to a fire on Bancroft Lane in Soham.  

Firefighters arrived to find a fire in a shed that spread to the roof of a house. They used hose reels to extinguish the fire and returned to their stations by 9.30pm. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
