House fire - Huntingdon - Huntingdonshire

At 4.17pm on Saturday (26) crews from Huntingdon and St Ives were called to a house fire on Avenue Road in Huntingdon.

Wearing breathing apparatus firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish the fire.

They also rescued a casualty who was left in the care of ambulance crews. 

Crews were at the scene until around 5.20pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
