Fire in the open – Whittlesey - Fenland

At 3.20pm on Tuesday (9) a crew from Whittlesey and the north roaming fire engine were called to a fire on Crease Bank in Whittlesey.

Firefighters arrived to find a fire in the open involving rubbish. They extinguished the fire using a hose reel and returned to their stations by 5.30pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
